In Related News - Midwest Beer Collective's Interbrew with SGF's Mother's Brewing Company

Since we’re all looking forward to the opening of Mother’s Brewing Company this spring, here’s a little peak into the minds of the three prime movers in the venture.  Anthony Cefali of the Midwest Beer Collective did a brief interview with the Mother’s Boys and it’s an entertaining, if brief, article. 

For any beer fans out there who don’t already know, Mother’s Brewing Company is opening in the butternut factory located in downtown Springfield, Mo.  The prime movers are Jeff Schrag, Brian Allen, and Jeremy Wicks.  With the combined talents of these gentlemen, I think you can expect some really great beer to flow from the 30 barrel brew house out there.
